Up for sale is my personal 2009 BMW 328i (Sedan). This is one of the lowest mileage E90 328i Sedan out there finished in Black Sapphire Metallic (475) with the full beautiful Dakota Schwarz leather interior. This 328i has been overly maintained since day one. Calling it pristine would be an understatement. This is truly a time capsule example that needs absolutely nothing.

This BMW 328i has been pampered and only garage kept since new. I am a mature automotive enthusiast and Itake great pride in all of my cars and always take care of them to a meticulous standard. If you're looking for a clean, tastefully upgraded example, this is exactly what you'd want. This 328i has never been involved in any accidents, I have a clean Carfax report and also an Autocheck report I can send to any interested parties.

This 328i has always been maintained by Crevier BMW in Santa Ana, California since day one. Needless to say, this is a 100% California car. It has never been driven in snow, salted roads or any harsh weather conditions. The undercarriage is spotless.

This car is fully loaded with all the amenities. This car also has the very desirable iDrive Navigation unit as one of the options. This BMW also has some very tasteful and expensive upgrades. The aggressive nature of this vehicle has been exemplified BMW M-Sport bumpers on the front and rear and also the M-Sport rear spoiler. For those detailed oriented individuals, you'd notice the front bumper is the European-Spec version without the amber reflectors. The stance of this car has been complemented with a set of ST Coilovers suspension. The wheels have been upgraded to a set of 19" Flow Forged Vorsteiner VFF 101 wheels along with Hankook V12 tires.

All the interior lighting have also been upgraded with LED lighting. The car also has a retrofitted HID kit for the headlights.

This car has only been garaged and kept indoors. It has always, only been a California owned and driven car.

It has never been involved in any accidents and holds a clean California title. As mentioned above, Carfax and Autocheck reports are both available for me to send.

Although the car was not driven much, it was still brought into Crevier BMW a few times a year regardless of mileage for servicing. Whenever it was brought in, anything that required attention or may potentially require attention in the future was addressed and fixed. It's rare to find a BMW that is still only dealer maintained.

The most recent visit, was within a few months ago. It was brought into Crevier BMW and everything they recommended was performed. Nothing else was recommended or needed attention now or anytime soon. Scheduled maintenance were always performed via time or by mileage, whichever came first.

The motor has no rattle on startup or cold starts. It has never had any history of these issues either.

The tires are Hankook Ventus V12. They are fairly new. They have about 95% tread left and were recently installed.

The car has always been kept indoors and detailed very frequently. There are no door dings or scratches on the paint. It has always been washed with a two-bucket method and dried with only high quality microfiber towels to maintain a swirl free finish. The paint and interior has been professionally detailed and maintained it's entire life.

The paint is always cleaned and detailed frequently to prevent any etching or marring.

The interior is spotless as well. The leather seats are cleaned and conditioned once a month. There have never been any pets or food allowed in the car. I am a non-smoker and am highly allergic to smoke scent. The interior is always kept tidy and spotless like the exterior. The rear seats have been used only a handful of times.

The original tool kit and manuals are also where they belong.

The car will come with all the original manuals, books, keys, etc.

Buyers are more than welcome to pay for an inspection at either an BMW dealership or independent mechanic of their choice. I will gladly arrange to have the car there for inspection.

Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction.

Buyer's are responsible for any applicable sales tax in their county as well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of our state, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.
