I am listing my 2006 BMW X5 4.4i for sale. Living in the City I am no longer needing a car as I don't drive that often. I am the 3rd owner, I always keep up on maintenance and believe in preventive maintenance making sure my cars stay in good running shape. I have the title in hand and ready to sell. The car interior is in great shape, no rips or tears at all.

Details about extra tires

I put some all terrain tires on the car that you can see in the last picture. They do not come with the sale of the car. If you are interested in keeping the tires it will be 1k above the sale price of the car. They do lift the car 1.5 inches above stock height and offer excellent grip in the snow not to mention they are very smooth on the highway.
