2012 BMW 5-Series 535i M SPORT Package Loaded Warranty Very Clean 54.8k Miles

Selling my super clean 2012 BMW 535i with M Sport Package. Car is pretty much fully loaded except for the heads up display.
Car is well taken care of and I have all service records done on the car. Purchased the car as a CPO and all services done at BMW of Austin. I have purchased extended warranty through First Innovations Warranty. Warranty will expire on 9/10/2018 or at 75,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Car is kept in the garage when at home. No accidents. Car has about 54.8k miles.
Features of vehicle:- Keyless entry and start/stop (Comfort access). Pull on any door handle to open the car and touch on the top of any door handle to lock the vehicle.- Front and Rear parking sensors with backup camera.- Rear doors have sunshade and the rear back glass has an automatic folding sunshade- Heated seats- Power trunk- Satellite Radio- Harmon Kardon Sound System- Adaptive Headlights- V1 radar hardwire kit with Bluetooth installed with wire next to rearview mirror. V1 Radar Detector NOT included, but will be leaving the hardwire and bluetooth kit.- 35% Tint installed all around (except front windshield). Brand of tint is SunTek CXP Series. Installed April 2016.
Minor issues:- Car has normal scratches for a used vehicle with almost 55k miles. I have taken close photos of the areas with prominent scratches- Rear driver side bumper on the side seems like it was lightly swiped by a vehicle while I had the vehicle parked. No scratch or paint damage, but there is a small bulge. Can hopefully see in picture. Cannot notice unless you look for it.- Windshield plastic cowl is cracking from the Texas sun. Could use replacing. About $100 from the dealer and 1 hour of time to do yourself.- Curb rash on 1 wheel only (front driver). All other wheels have no curb rash.- Rear tires have about 3-4k miles life left. Front have about 8k miles life.
