Description

I bought this vehicle for myself and never intended to sell it. I wanted a 2001 BMW 750iL in Silver since 2001 when I saw the BMW films with Clive Owen.
It's the last year of the most beautiful BMW 7 Series known as the E38 chassis in the awesome V12
I bought the car from the 2'nd owner who maintained the car himself meticulously as he was very much mechanically inclined.
List of items that was replaced since 2009 when it had 109K miles:
- Transmission torque converter- Alternator- Both mass air flow sensors-12 spark plugs, intake manifold gasket set, all knock sensors, caps, rotors and air filters- All 4 oxygen sensors- Front and rear brakes (rotors and pads)

I bought it with the "Service engine soon" light on, it was the bank 1 DME which was replaced with a used one that was reprogramed by RPM motorsport in Canada for me.
I also fixed the pixels in the speedo cluster with new LCD display.
The vehicle's i-bus system was upgraded to 2005 model with Bluetooth and BMW DVD navigation system instead of the old CD navigation system by the previous owner.
I replaced and fixed:
- Defective bank 1 DME- Wiper motor- Front and rear control arms which were slightly worn- 4 Brand new 18" Michellins from America's tire, factory spec. for the car- Painted the scratched lower rear bumper- Replaced both rear tail lights (Originals were yellowing)- Replaced the radiator and also used aluminum shroud- Replaced the fan clutch and fan with electric fan and relay- Passed california smog check- Replaced transmission filter and changed the fluid (needs to be done at 120K miles intervals per BMW dealer)- Replaced radiator hoses- Had a professional clay service done with exterior detail- Replaced defective ABS/ DTC module and had it programmed by BMW dealer
The car has been maintained properly and needs nothing.
There are no surprises here, feel free to have it inspected. It will drive anywhere and give you a solid 24 MPG at 70 to 90 mph road trips.
I absolutely love this car. Just testing waters. If it does not sell, l will gladly keep and enjoy this beautiful collectible luxury as I have been driving it daily.
To my knowledge it has all options.
Feel free to call me with any questions.
It is of upmost importance to me that it will go to a good home since this car was not neglected and it has been well cared for. I would rather keep her than sell it to someone who is not going to keep it in this shape.
This generation V12 BMW 5.4 Liter motors were the last of the hand made and balanced V12 motors for the BMWs and also the last year of the most beautiful luxury car BMW ever built in their most beautiful ageless color, the "Titanium Silver Metallic"
