Official. one-year only. North American model offered at the end of the E23 production run. Super Rare!!everything you can touch. from seats to dashboard to door panels is covered in leather. this was one of the first BMWs to come with a driver’s side airbag as standard and has every option available at the time. 3 memory position driver seat. auto head rests. heated front seats. rear window screens. sun roof . transmission profile settings. posi traction rear end. 182 hp inline 6 that still lights 'em up with the style 162 staggered 18" wheels and low profile tires which look great on her and are worth $3000 on their own. rides like a luxury sedan should don't feel a single bump in the road. salvaged title only because it was sold to a dismantler for BMW's. I installed H&R DR Series Hubcentric spacers on the rear wheel hubs to accommodate the wider wheels. starts right up first try every time and i mean every time. it has never not fired immediately. Flow Master Exhaust low noise at idle Sounds deep and throaty when its revved. its awesome. motor does sit a hair forward because the idiots at the dismantler moved it with a forklift and i never got around to replacing the trany support that got bent. it did rub on the radiator which i replaced before i realized the engine placement issue so it got rubbed too before i adjusted the radiator to sit a bit forward no modifications to the vehicle were done to accomplish this. the shifting handle is loose but doesn't come off and still functions i have a replacement for that as well. 156. 00 original miles on the M30 which was used In a lot of models for 28 years and rated as one of the "Top Engines of the 20th Century" and i can see why. Fluids were all replaced with amsoil : rear differential. motor oil. and transmission fluid. climate control buttons do not stay depressed but i got a new set to put in. power steering pump pulley shaft is slightly bent but does not affect the performance i purchased a rebuilt one to put in . Has an extra tail light for the passenger side. back tags never completed registration did smog but never got around to brake and light inspection. was planning on restoring this rare beauty but my time does not permit much for that venture. only 3 miles on the tires when i drove it from my old to my new house . developed a leak in the fuel line at the rear was going to replace the rubber hose but never did. all lights work. the brakes are great. radio needs a code which never got around to either. perfect restore project. Kids first car or just a daily driver. Super straight body no accidents. see vehicle history report only issue is the salvage title it says something about a lien but there's no lean on it now. minor dings and a little dent on the passenger rear quarter panel nothing major please see pictures . there is expected wear on the leather you get from a 30 year old car. i have a stack of paper work from dmv and the salvage yard and smog certificate which has expired. cant stand to see it sit any longer deserves an owner willing to put the time in to bring her back to her glory days. any other questions or pictures you might have or want please don't hesitate to ask I'm very prompt with my replies. Car must be payed for no later than 7 calendar days after auctions end and must be picked up in the time frame as well unless other arrangements are made. I will charge a per day storage fee of $15 for up to 30 days starting on the 8th day which must be paid in advance. must be picked up after that time or it will be re-listed. flatbed or dolly will be needed because of the fuel leak you wont get very good gas mileage lol took a half tank to get it 3 miles with the leak. please no checks or money orders cash in hand Credit Card or paypal. Vehicle is sold as is all sales are final so ask all the question you need answered before you bid.
