WE ARE TOLD IT IS A WHEEL SPEED SENSOR HOEVER WE DID NOT ELECT TO REPLACE IT AS YOU STILL HAVE STANDARD BRAKES. JUST NO ABS WHEN THE LIGHT COMES ON. IT HAS SOME EXTERIOR SCRATCHES AND DINGS. THE EXTERIOR PAINT IS IN GOOD SHAPE WITH A FEW SPOTS THAT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED UP. THE FRONT TIRES ARE ALMOST BRAND NEW AND THE REARS WILL NEED TO BE REPLACE COMPAIRED TO OTHER REGALS AND CARS ITS AGE WE WOULD RATE THIS ON A SCALE OF 7-8 OUT OF 1O.
