Buick Park Avenue Ultra 41,000 miles Supercharged. Needs Service But Very Nice

This car came to us two years ago from my father in law. It was in North Palm Beach, Florida. Used for time spent at a condo only so that is why it has few miles.
The car is available in Bethesda, MD (Greater Washington, D.C.). Local Pick-Up only.

We have driven it for 6000 miles and it is too old and needy for us.
Fine engine, transmission, and all electrical gear works except power trunk closure. Fine interior Leather. No Smoke ever. No animals ever.
The trunk does not close due to needing work on the automatic trunk closure.
The exhaust manifold seems to leak or there is a related problem with the exhaust system creating fumes smell when the car is running.
It does not smoke or use oil and has always been regularly serviced and has relatively new tires (the originals just got too old). At least half of tread left.
Has a new battery in the last year.
See dent (rear drivers side) and a few missing trim pieces and a couple scrapes through the clear coat on the passenger side.
A/C is not cooling.
Sold as-is to the highest bidder.

One thing I wanted to add is that this car has never been in an accident (except the little side-swipe dent at drivers side rear from when it was parked) and never had any paint work.
