Here is a great running 1965 Buick Skylark 2 Door with a 300 Cubic Inch Buick Engine connected to a ST300 2 speed transmission with a switch pitch convertor. You can drive this car just about anywhere. The guy we got it from drove it just about everyday. Mechanically the car is great. It has nice Red paint on it that I would rate a 6 out of 10. Has a good shine to it but not a perfect paint job for sure. The top of car was painted Black and needs to be painted again. The clear is peeling off and the paint is bubbling up some. There are also a few rust bubbles on the body that I tried to get pics of. They are not bad but are there. The bumpers look ok but are probably the original bumpers so they are not perfect. The interior I would rate a 7 out of 10. The seat are in real nice condition as is the carpet. The headliner is ok. The dash pad is cracked and needs replaced and the package tray in the back window area is going apart. The drivers side door panel on the bottom is starting to look bad as well. This is an Air Condition car but there is no belt on the compressor. Everything else for the A/C looks to be in tact. The tires are like new with plenty of tread left on them. It has the factory style Buick wheels. Underside of car is solid with the trunk and floor pans looking good. No undercoating to hide anything. This is a good Driver Car. It looks good and will get plenty of attention but not perfect. Of course the price fits the quality of car. I am critical but try to tell all good and bad. I have alot more pics of this car if anyone wants to see more. just let me know. Car only needs cosmetic improvements. Mechanically it is very good. POSTED IN PICS IS THE TRIM TAG ON FIREWALL FOR YOU TO DECODE ABOUT THE SPECIFICS ON THIS CAR. THE VIN IS POSTED AS WELL. This car is also For Sale locally and on other sites so auction could end early. It is being sold AS IS with no warranty given or implied in anyway. Pre Sale inspections are always welcomed and encouraged as you will know exactly what you are buying but must be done BEFORE END OF AUCTION!! If you bid and meet reserve and are high bidder at end of auction then the car is yours. Please understand this. This car is being sold with a current Georgia registration as Georgia was a non title state back then. You will be able to get a title in your state with the paperwork I give you so don't worry about this. Any questions please ask.
