CA Car Very Solid Build Runs Great Rare Caddy Coupe El Camino

'59 Cadillac Custom. Built in the early 70's. Used occasionally until about 2 years ago when owner had a stroke. Stored in dry Lodi CA climate under carport. Towed it home to Sacramento. filled the tires. replaced the water pump. filled the propane tanks and fired it up!Runs terrific. Purrs like a kitten with no exhaust leaks. knocks. smoke or overheating (video attached). 30 Gallon twin tank Impco propane set up from the 70's works flawlessly. Transmission shifts seamlessly smooth with no issues. Extremely solid underneath with no rust found. A few minor bubbles in paint (noted in pictures) but otherwise very dry with solid floors (there will be some bodywork involved in making this a concourse show car). Runs great. drives. stops and steers however some deferred maintenance is due before daily driving (steering is a bit wonky). Perfect car to drive and restore. nbsp;but has enough integrity for a full restoration candidate. Gets ridiculous attention on the street. All lights work including interior lights and gauges. Blinkers. horn (custom under the dash). wipers cig lighter. adjustable side mirror. heater. blower. defrost. windows. wing windows. high and low beams. blinkers. brake lights. etc all work. A/C system is complete and intact. The dash unit turns on and blows with good pressure. nbsp;however no belt is hooked up to the compressor and can't verify it's condition. All glass is excellent and manual roll up side windows and wing windows work with ease (new door seals are obviously needed though). Nice. clean interior with a great custom headliner that looks factory. however dash is ready for a cap or replacement. The body lines are so nice it looks like a car Cadillac actually produced. Doors open and shut perfectly. and all locks and ignition work on the same key. Wide White Walls bias ply Cocker tires (date stamped 2007). Way better than average chrome. Rare opportunity on a 1 of a kind. extremely unique. visually/aesthetically appealing. nbsp;59 Caddy. A couple names for it come to mind like 'the Caddy. Caddy' or ' the REAL Cowboy's Cadillac'.
