For sale is a well maintained 2005 Cadillac CTS. It has the peppy GM 3. 6 liter V6 with and a 5 speed Automatic transmission. The car runs and shifts great and all features work as they should. The oil has been changed religiously with Mobile Synthetic oil and was changed recently and the Transmission oil and filter and Differential fluid have both been changed within the last 9 months or so. The brakes work well and were replaced a couple years ago. Ive owned this car for about 5 years and purchased it at Andy Mohr Toyota. The only issue that i know of currently is a SERVICE STABILITY SYSTEM warning that comes on the Display Center when you first start and take off in the car you press the clear button on the display and it stays off until the next time you start the car. It has done this for 4 years and I havent noticed anything at all in how the vehicle performs. After a little research it seems to be a fairly common issue with most people pointing to a sensor on the steering column being bad. Since pulling the steering column is not something I have a desire to do to change this sensor I found it much easier just to hit RESET. The body is in fair condition with a small dent on the lower front driver door and a few around the left rear fender that are the result of loaning out my car for my son to take to prom 2 years ago. Not too bad at all there are a few scuffs elsewhere on the car and the hood has some paint chips from following a gravel truck on my way to work one day. The interior is in decient shape but the driver seat has a small puncture probably from some thing I had in my pocket and the carpet could be cleaned which I plan on doing next weekend. The tires are in good shape and around 2 years old. And probably another couple years left on them. Wear is nice and even on them. I have loved these cars since the came out in 03 and was thrilled when I bought this one. Its been a good car but my wife and I want to get a Jeep so theres no need to keep this car any longer.
