This Escalade is owned by my 79 year old Dad! We unfortunately have to sell it, s he now has a very hard time getting into it! His loss is your GAIN! He absolutely loves this Cadillac! Hate to see it go! ALWAYS RELIABLE! ZERO ACCIDENTS! GREAT SUV!

History: My dad bought this Escalade from his nephew (My 1st cousin) who was the sales manager for a Acura dealer. It was a new car original1 owner trade-in on an Acura. After my cousin had it for 2 months, he dealership owner felt it projected a "bad-image" having a Acura GM drive a Cadillac! lol! So, y dad then bought it on 10/23/2009 with 63480 miles. Now 6.2 years later it has:112030 (This is ALL documented on a carfax which will be provided and the above Auto-check) This Escalade was ALWAYS garaged! Yes, he original owner was my cousins next-door neighbor we know the history from day one!

Exterior: This Escalade has NEVER been in an accident, nd has only had a veryminor "shopping cart incident" when the rear drivers-side door was refinished (scratches) and the driver-side rear bumper cover was scraped (see photo) other than that, LL original paint and it ALL looks LIKE NEW! A few minor "road-chips" and a scrape on the passenger-side rear bumper cover is ALL I can see and find! Take a look! The paint is So deep, t makes it look like a leaf is on the fender in one photo! It is on the driveway! This was taken on a cloudy day!

Engine/Transmission: 6.2 Vortec-403 Horsepower V-8 which runs LIKE NEW! Has a GREAT sound and EXTREMELY powerful for a 5500 pound SUV! I am VERY impressed! PS- Even though I am a Ford guy (can'tyou tell?) I would love to keep this but my garage is very tight and this barely fits inside! Transmission shifts SMOOTH and LIKE NEW! All Wheel Drive works PERFECTLY! Although dad rarely ever drove in the snow! Synthetic Oil ALWAYS used and changed every 6 months! Drive this ESCALADE ANYWHERE!

Interior: ALL leather seats are LIKE NEW with ZERO rips/creases and/or dried out areas. Leather is SUPER CLEAN and has ZERO wear! Take a look! Still looks NEW! Carpets are in excellent shape with theORIGINAL carpeted floor mats still installed!The 3rd row seats were NEVER used! How Do I know this? When my dad bought it they were given to him still in the original factory wrappers! Remember my folks are elderly! This was NOT a "family-truckster"!Not even their grand children have been in the back of this Cadillac!The Cargo area carpet is in EXCELLENT condition and very clean! Dad only had groceries and dry-cleaning in the back! And that too was rare! All power options work and seats fold down both manually and by power remote switchesby the moon roof controls! ALL WORK PERFECTLY! Second row seat controls ALL work as NEW! The front windows have a professionally done factory matched "tint-job" and all glass is"etched" for insurance purposes. ALL Glassis original and in PERFECT condition with no scrapes or wear spots! ALL switches work as new including the power fold-in mirrors!(ZERO mistruthsor false stories or statements told here!) It is a SUPER CLEAN and WELL MAINTAINED CADILLAC!

Wireless headsets (2) and remote- My dad saw these when I cleaned out his center console, e said he didn't even know had the entertainment system! NEVER USED! Actually that is because he NEVER sat in the rear seats!

Rear backup Camera with parking sensors-works perfectly with 2 new sensors and an extra sensor in glove box!

Miscellaneous:

Brakes: ALL NEW Brakes (Ceramic)and Rotors (HD Coated, ront hub and bearing.

Other: NEW power steering pump and hoses, Original pump had developed a "whine" due to a leaking hose and Dad said was "very annoying"!) NEW serpentine belt and tensioner. NEW A/C belt. NEW motor mounts as mechanic stated originals had started to develop "play" (which he said is a common Escalade issue!)

Tires/Wheels: NEW TPMS sensors on ALL 4 wheels (2 were starting to give false readings!) and 4 new center caps (Originals were starting to get hairline cracks!) Factory chromed Aluminum 18" wheels are LIKE NEW with AMAZINGLY ZERO curb rash from Dad! He was ALWAYS a careful driver! They have ZERO brake dust build-up on the inside as dad washed this Cadillac EVERY week at his car-wash!NO MATTER WHAT!

Total cost: $2693.79 at 110686 miles on 10/07/2015 ( you can have copy of receipt!)

Bottom line: Is in fact this. KBB has this at 23K. My "buy it now" is at trade in. I am making my Dads estate "more liquid" as per his Accountant ( We/He doesn't need 4 vehicles!)which is why it is being sold, n addition and most importantly,it is just too hard for my 79 year old Dad to climb up into! (He has knee/leg issues!)This being said, am NOT giving this Escalade away! I am NOT interested in trades, artering, ames, ay-away plans, nd the like!I am sure you get my point! My dad has 2 more cars I will be selling next (2008 Jaguar XKR Portfolio Convertible and a 1994 Rolls Royce Corniche-IV Convertible) Yes my Dad IS a car guy, ut this Escalade isn't our top priority to sell! There will be NO games played on my end, herefore, will not allow ANY on your end! Title is here and FREE and CLEAR of any liens whatsoever! Title and Escalade will NOT be released prior to payment in FULL! That means check cleared, ire transfer completed, r cash in hand! It is our car and I set the rules! If this is an issue please keep looking and do not waste my time! Sorry for the "arrogance" but I do not have the time or patience for nonsense. Rest assured as I am a 25 year State Law Enforcement Veteran and have a 969+++ rating on ebay! I have sold several other of my personal vehicles over the years on eBay and while I have NEVER-EVER had an issue, believe in TOTAL honesty and being upfront! Please check my seller feedback!
