2007 CTS V in terrific shape.
Adult driven, aily driver, ot abused
This car came from a General Motors executive who only drove it in the Detroit summers ( he drove a truck in the winter). I bought it at 55,000 miles and the car has been in Houston Texas since. No Flood damage.
2nd owner, 9,000 miles, xcellent shape....appears only a year or two old. Probably one of the nicest and cleanest 2007 CTS-V's out there.

Black leather interior - no defects in leather or suede

Air conditioning, eater, tc all work fine with no problems

Paint looks more or less new, o obvious door dings or chips other than what you would expect on the front of the car.
New windshield a year or so ago
Exterior Defects: 1) a small portion of the rubber front air dam is missing ( it had a rip in it and I cut off the bit hanging down to keep it from spreading. I did not replace the air dam, ut this is an easy part to replace if you wish. 2) Small hairline cracks in the paint on part of the rear bumper. I backed into my driveway gate, lexed the plastic bumper facia. It's not that noticable so I have not had it repaired. See photo
Mechanical:
Perfect condition. Never a serious problem and always maintained by local mechanic.
All original except for stainless exhaust system { a little louder than stock.....everyone loves the sound except my wife ! :) } and a K&N intake filter.
4 New stock shocks, ides like new
New rear control arms ( bushing wore out)
Daily driver by 50 year old male, riven responsibly and not raced
i bought the car from a Detroit GM executive at 55,000 miles. He drove a truck in the winter and the CTS-V was only used in the summer in Detroit. Basically this is a NO Rust southern car. No accidents or repairs to my knowledge.
2 nearly new tires, at about 40%
Slight amount of curb rash on wheels....not too bad, ee photos
