Low mileage 2008 Cadillac DTS Platinum Limited Edition

Selling this 2008 Cadillac DTS Platinum Limited Edition for my dad. He is currently not driving the vehicle anymore due to his Multiple Scroccis condition, and him being in a wheelchair.
He is currently about 2 months behind on his payments through the Credit Union and does not have the pink slip. So if someone is interested in purchasing the vehicle, the would have to pay the balance off to the Credit Union and have the title sent directly to them. He owes approximately 10,000 left on the car, and would just like to get rid of it.
The car is still in very good condition, and drives really well. My pops was always one to take care of his cars.
The only issue I see on the car is that because it has been sitting for awhile, he never renewed the registration, so it is due as of May 2016. Lastly the rear passenger window is cracked due to him rolling it up and it getting caught by the window guard. Other than that, everything is A-OK.
Right now he has hand controllers on the car due to him not being able to use his legs, but he plans to have them removed before selling. If interested, please send me a message.
