All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performed in Nassau County, New York. The vehicle shall be made available in Nassau County, New York, and all obligations of Buyer to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Nassau County, New York.
All parties agree in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Nassau County, New York.
Finalizing your Purchase:

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Bob by e-mail or phone (516) 883-3505 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction, and successful bidder (BUYER) must, within 24 hours of bid closing, deliver cash (payment in full) orcashier’s check(payment in full)in person.
At time of payment, Buyer MUST provide a copy of their State-issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released to Buyer, all other Sale-related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
Shipping & Delivery:The car must be picked up locally. We will not ship this vehicle.
