cadillac coupe deville convirtible

NOT RUNNING 1970 Cadillac could de ville convertible with a low reserve0, this is the last year coupe de ville had convertibles also the only year the Cadillac emblem did NOT have a V under or a wreath around it on coupe de ville. I got it as a project car two years ago todo with my step son but now getting divorce and we never did any work on it, would rather get rid of it to someone with the time. Needs to be towed because of flat tires and NOT RUNNUNG. 472 engine, non op title, title in hand.
