Please do not bid and win an item with the intent of inspecting after auction end. Recently, winners have been giving too many excuses with delayed payment or no-show buyers.

CONCERNING PAYMENT FOR VEHICLE:

All sales are subject to a Non-refundable $250 deposit, which must be paid to our PayPal account within 24 hours after auction end.

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF THE END OF AUCTION.

CONCERNING VEHICLE PICK-UP:

Pickup must occur within FIVE (5) days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made with us. There will be a storage fee of $20.00 per day for any vehicle left on our premises after this time, unless pre-arrangements are made.

The winning bidder is responsible for picking the vehicle up at location, Pico and Robertson Neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA 90035.

This Cadillac has been a daily driver, for years in Southern California. It has been a "no smoking" car. A nice comfortable, quiet ride, with lots of performance from this Northstar V8 engine. The engine starts and runs fine. No hesitation, and flawless shifting. Brakes fine, (4 wheel disks) and doesn't pull to the side, has good alignment. All fluids have recently been topped off, and the battery, belts and hoses are fresh. Brakes and tires are good. The trunk is clean, and complete with compact spare and factory jack and handle. The AC blows cold, and there are individual settings for the front 2 passengers, and a separate register and settings for the back seat passengers. All belts work, and are not worn out or twisted.

A few areas of minor body damage, as seen in the photos. Original paint, glass, and interior. Regularly maintained. All lights, horns gauges work. The 2 rear windows need the regulators replaced, or the windows re-attached to the tracks, as they do not go up or down. The radio / CD player turns on, and selects stations, but we cannot get the sound to be heard in the speakers. The right side exterior side view mirror has a fine crack running through it, but works. The electric interior remote for setting the mirrors works. 2 sets of keys. Good tires and brakes.

This vehicle is sold as is, where it is. $250.00 deposit via paypal required within 24 hours of the end of sale via paypal. The balance due prior to pick up, or payment upon pick up. Seller will not make any arrangements for delivery of the vehicle. We will coordinate our availability for a car transport service to pick it up. We will not be available between Friday evenings and Sunday morning for answering questions, or to arrange for pick up.

Car is sold in AS IS and WHERE IS condition with all faults – known and unknown described or not described. Should there be ANY mechanical issues discovered after the purchase of the vehicle there will be no recourse offered by the Seller. The Buyer will be 100% responsible for any problems discovered after the vehicle leaves. Seller makes NO warranties as to the condition of any vehicle. NO REFUNDS will be given on any purchased vehicle under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

No warranty or guarantee whatsoever. Seller assumes no liability for the use of the vehicle, once it is picked up.

During the auction if you would like to inspect the vehicle contact us. If you would like to bring your mechanic to inspect the vehicle where it is, you may. We can drive you, but you cannot drive it, as it is not currently registered. It will cost about $150 to bring the registration up to date, as it is out of registration, but just passed California smog on 9-13-2016.
