This car is incredible, beautiful in every way. Pictures do not do it justice, you must see it in person. This car looks brand new and is stunning from every angle. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and performance. It was painted 5 years ago. It’s the most beautiful black paint job you have ever seen. Everything lines up perfectly. Black on black is one of the most desirable XLR color combinations. I have owned it for two and a half years and only put 4,000 miles on it. Payment Methods
Paypal, cash or bank cashiers check. All funds must be in US dollars only.

Deposit
The successful high bidder (the buyer) will submit a 10% non refundable deposit via Paypal within 24 hours of the auction closing to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
The buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I, the Seller, assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving these premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. I, the Seller, have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is. No warranties are expressed written or implied by the neither seller, nor are any warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Notice to Bidders

I, the Seller, reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. I will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
I, the Seller, do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email me or call me prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
Buyer must contact me within 24 hours after the auction closes to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the 10% non refundable deposit is not received within 24 hours of the auction closing or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, I, the Seller reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
