2004 CADILLAC ESCALADE EXT- low reserve

I have an extremely clean cadillac escalade ext that i am selling at a low reserve auction. This vehicle is very sharp inside and out with all the luxurious options that one would expect from a cadillac. This truck runs great with lots of power and is mechanically sound not needing anything at all. it does not leak or burn any fluids . here are no "warning" lights illuminated on the dash. I did have the transmission professionally rebuilt a few thousand miles ago because it was hesitant to accelerate soon after my buying it. apparently caused by debris inside the trans? My having it rebuilt had corrected this issue !! I had bought this truck from georgia a few months ago so the entire vehicle is rust free . not even a spec of rust anywhere on it. The enterior is also in very nice shape as well . the leater seats don't have any rips or tears. or on the carpet either. I had purchased this truck from an insurance auction with some minor collision damage . The frame was undamaged and the airbags were never deployed . it was cosmetic damage that was easily repaired by replacing the hood. grille. and headlights . i do have some pictures available of the damage prior to being repaired that will be available upon request ! Often times when i purchase vehicles from insurance companies . they come with "salvage" titles that are converted into "rebuilt" titles once the repairs are made and law enforcement has a chance to inspect the repairs . That is the case with this vehicle . I am an auto agent for a local auto dealership here in michigan and have been buying insurance vehicles for decades. If somebody in MI were to buy this from me . i would have to do some paperwork for the state as far as regestration . tax and title fees. None of this would be necessary for out of state buyers ! Out of state buyers would need to sign a bill of sale and could be given the title in order to do the tax . title. and registration process in your home state . my dealership is also an auto transport broker company . so if need be . we could help you to have this vehicle shipped to you .
