When the build began on the car it was restored back in it's original factory condition with it's original drive train. interior. etc. . everything on the car was to be back to factory specs. Everything is new on the car. it was a show car that was trailered to a few shows and where it did very well and after a couple of years as a trailer queen it was decided to transform the Cadillac into the ultimate classic cruiser. For starters the original drive train was removed and replaced with a more dependable GM 350 crate engine backed by a turbo 400 automatic transmission. The Cadillac's factory rear axle was also removed and replaced with a GM 10 bolt with 3. 23 gearing. The original style interior was reupholstered in a beautiful black leather and suede combination. Air conditioning was added along with a CD player in the glove box and power disc brakes with new chrome wire wheels and wide white radial tires.
