1969 Cadillac Eldorado. An original California car that is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. with only 38000 original miles this car will put a smile on your face whenever you drive it. It is loaded with all the options that a Cadillac of this era would be equipped with. The exterior color is Gold fire mist. very nice paint with excellent depth and shine. look at the reflection in the photos of the paint. The body is very straight with all original sheet metal. being original it is still retaining the fender numbers in the jams of the hood and trunk and no filler in the car. Nor any rust issues. Complete with all its stainless bright work and trim in very good condition. front and rear bumpers carry good chrome but not new chrome. up close there is some peppering to the bumper and the front driver corner has a little scrape as seen in the photo. The outside mirror has a little imperfections to the chrome as well as the chrome piece on the window frame on the driver rear quarter glass. The black top is very nice and has no blems. peeling or pulling of the stitching. the stainless trim around the top is also in excellent shape. The factory wheels and hub caps are nice with no major damage. the tires are new radials just replaced due to the original bias ply tires being on for many years were dried out and cracked the spare is original and holds air. The car still retains its original California Black and yellow License plates and the car is currently registered. The glass throughout the car is good with no cracks or marks. Original T3 headlights (all four) still in the car and working. All lights. signals. and power items working correct. Original lenses in wonderful condition with no cracks and still bright. The front grill has no bents or broken ends. The car has working air shocks that level the ride in the rear. The interior is original. the seats are in excellent condition with the acceptation of the driver outer beading. there were sheepskin seats covers on the car for many years and they wore the beading as seen in the photo. the seat covers and headrest covers will come with the car and are still in presentable shape). the rear seats have no sun damage including on the tops of the rear seats like some get. the rear package tray is in the same wonderful shape. door panels. dash. headliner are also very nice. driver arm rest on the door has a small spit. Power seats work. power windows work. power door locks. Radio works AM/FM. tilt steering. Factory AC. twilight sentinel. telescopic steering wheel. the steering wheel is perfect with none of the simulated wood coming off on the center of the wheel. A wonderful original interior. There has been no aftermarket stereo. alarm or any other electronic items added to the car so the wiring loom is stock and UN cut. Trunk is original and retains its spare. jack and wheel chock. original material still intact. The original 472 Cu in motor runs outstanding. lots of power 375 HP. very smooth idle and whisper quiet. a recent valve job was performed and there are photos of the heads when this was done in the photos. full major service was performed and the motor compartment has been detailed. All belts. hoses. plugs. and rebuilt carb were done I don’t think there is a better running or smoother 69 Eldo. The transmission was serviced and the car shifts smooth. brakes. and alignment are excellent there is nothing that is needed the car can drive across the country. The third owner purchased the car in 11/5/2006 and the car had 36950 miles. he kept a small log of the miles and dates 5/6/07 36976 8/5/07 36998 12/25/07 36999 11/21/08 37028 he became ill then stopped driving.
