2004 Cadillac DeVille DHS Sedan. Florida Car, Dealer Serviced, Excellent NR!!

This auction is for a 2004 Cadillac Deville DTS in excellent condition. This car has been a Florida car and always dealer maintained. A family member purchased this car from Dimmitt Cadillac in 2012. Since that time the car has been exclusively maintained there. The family member passed away a few months ago and this is now an extra car. hence the sale. The car has been garage kept and the condition speaks to that. About 10. 00 miles driven since purchase. All functions and features work as they should with the exception of the rear power window shade. which is stuck in the up position. This car is fully loaded. with heated and cooled front seats. heated rear seats. lumbar massage and adjustment on the front seats and lumbar adjustments on the rear seats. as well as a heated steering wheel. The leather seats are in great condition. soft. and with no tears. Power locks. power windows. power seats. etc are of course here as well. The Bose stereo sounds great! The car drives as it should. Smooth power form the Northstar V8 and smooth shifting from the transmission. A well isolated and peaceful cabin at highway speeds. soaking up any road imperfections readily. The service life of the transmission fluid reads as 84% left. All four tires are new within the last month or so. Work performed within the last year or so at the dealer includes a new water pump. radiator. coolant reservoir tank. and crossover gaskets. so this car should be trouble free for quite some time. Included with the car are two sets of keys and remotes. and a valet key. The owners manual and wheel center cap screwdriver are also included. Issues with the car are minor and as follows: 1) A SUV backed into the left side of the grill/hood. causing a slight bend/misalignment in the hood on that side. but there is no dent or paint damage. 2) The rear power sunshade is stuck in the up position. 3) The right front TPMS sensor is reading 0 psi. triggering a warning of low tire pressure in the driver information system. which is easily cleared until the next restart with the reset button. 4) The windshield washer fluid leaks out triggering a low windshield washer warning in the driver information system. which is easily cleared until the next restart with the reset button. 5) The clear coat on the spoiler is peeling. The paint overall is in excellent condition. 6) There is one dime sized dent on the roof between the windshield and sunroof. 7) There is a slight oil leak from the engine somewhere that leaves a few drops on the ground when left parked for an extended period. Location of leak is undiagnosed/unknown. I would feel confident driving this car anywhere. The car is sold as is. and transportation if desired is the responsibility of the buyer. The Cadillac dealer (Dimmitt) is less than 10 minutes away and the car can be delivered there for a PPI at the buyers expense. The DMV office is less than 10 minutes away as well should registration and tags be required. Sale is final. please ask all questions before bidding.
