This is my great-grandfather's vehicle he purchased from another private owner without a title in Toccoa. GA. The vehicle has been recently moved back to Atlanta and is now owned by the Estate of my grandmother and her sister Faye. The car does need new tires and seats reupholstered. It does crank up and is driveable. We are currently replacing the muffler and brakes on the car. The paint has a few rust stains as well as a few dents. We will be able to set up an appointment for any possible buyer to see the vehicle and we are able to negotiate on a better offer. If offer is agreed upon. a contract can be drawn up stating that the car was sold as is from current owners to new owner and all parties will receive a copy. Payment must be made in some type of guaranteed cash. via money order or cashier's check. Cash not allowed because of possible fraudulent cash.
