1981 Chevrolet Corvette - Low Miles - Automatic - T-Tops

You are bidding on a1981 Chevrolet CorvetteThis very low miles Corvette is in need of numerous repairs. yet the original engine and transmission are in very good shape. Starting with the body. the fit and panel alignments are very good. The paint is tired and in need of re-shooting. The overall car is very straight and there are only two areas with some kind of cracking. One is on the bottom drivers side and the other on the right front corner of the car. No pieces are missing. (See affected pictures. )The interior condition leaves much to be desired. What is not shown in the pictures are the passenger seat and door panels with various handles and such. They are included in the sale. Spare tire is not shown but included in sale as are numerous small pieces of trim removed from the interior. The carpets are shot and the floorboards are rusty. The drivers side needs to be replaced but the passenger side is mostly surface rust. The dashpad is burst and needs replacing. The gauges are there. but none of them work. The car does start right up and drives fine. but there are many things to take care of before actually using on any kind of daily basis. The right front tire is shot and the other three are OK. The factory original wheels are included and are all in good shape. Front brakes were just replaced. Yes. this car needs a bunch of work. but the low miles and the recently found build sheet should help the value. and we've started the auction at a very low price.
