At first it didn't look like it was going to work so I thanked them for their time. and hung up. We were really far apart on the numbers. They continued to hammer out a deal and called me back with several other options. They found a way to do it. They gave me more than I expected for my trade (more than other dealers I had checked with) and they found a lender for me with a great interest rate. I was expecting this to be just another high pressure used car dealership. and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't.
