1962 chevy II nova convertible

This nova convertible was stored in a garage for 20 years in northern California. Recently put in a freshly rebuilt 283 motor with a 350th trans. no rust issues. slight bubbling in passenger quarter. All the trim is there. Current registration. California car located in Anaheim. new tires. new brakes. new exhaust. Great running project car that just needs some tlc. Hard to find convertible. especially with all the trim still intact. Does have a salvage title. Have dmv history report. Was salvaged in 1989. not sure as to why. your guess is as good as mine. COuld have been theft or a slight accident as these cars weren't worth much in 1989.
