1997 chevy Hi-top conversion handicapped equipped van

1997 Chevrolet 1500 Hi -top handicapped equipt. vanhas hand controls and a newly installed wheelchair lift . (cost $5000 installed)has a rebuilt transmission. needs spark plugs and wires . to complete the tune-up. has new rear brakes. dist. cap & rotor . air & fuel filters . pvc valve and maf sensor. also new tires all around. this is a decent van may need a battery. been sitting a few months. had to charge battery. issues: service engine light sometimes comes on . auto shop pulled a spark plug and stated the need replacing with the wires. drivers window sticks at times. I have driven van to Pennsylvania many times and no issues. van was my fathers (he was a dbl amputee and drove it himself with the hand controls. . being sold AS IS.
