This car was purchased on Nov 23rd 1964 at Herman Davis Chevrolet in Crawford Indiana by Edward Weist for his wife. (see pic) I bought the car off of her great grandson. He stated she drove the car until she no longer was able to drive. It has been passed down to him through his father. The car is extremely original and never wrecked. The car still sports its original paint. The interior is in very good shape with only a couple things. Drivers door arm rest pad tear. small tear at seat adjuster. soiled carpet at drivers feet and windlace is damaged where driver slides in and out. Everything works-that means the all the lights even the license plate light and glove box light. Even the cold light works on the dash. The car sports it original paint. It does have a little rust as seen in the pics. The trunk and floors are in very good shape. The only spot found was the very bottom of where the spare tire sits. the hole is about the size of a quarter. Mechanically the car runs very well and is the easiest starting old car I think I have ever had. See videos of the car. Will post on YouTube shortly. I really believe you can drive this car home!!! The new tires are 225 60 15 on rally wheels the original rims need sandblasted and the 30 year old bias tires don't ride well to say the least. I will sell this car at no reserve I have found a Chevelle I wish to purchase. However I will stop the auction at anytime for $5200. I truly think this is the nicest old car I have seen for a long time for around 5K. Please call steve 765 206 0350 with any questions. Inspection and test drive by appointment. Delivery maybe available up to 200 miles one way. But If you are relatively close I would drive it. On Apr-06-15 at 16:12:05 PDT. seller added the following information:https://youtu. be/tRLQvTAc248
