The body of the car is exceptionally straight. This was a rust free car. No patch panels. The car was professionally painted the correct way. The shell was painted with the fenders. hood trunk and doors off the car. All the door jambs and trunk jams are in beautiful shape. The inner fenders. under hood and firewall are painted shiny gloss black. The frame undercarriage. and wheel wells have been painted with an epoxy coating in gloss black as well. There is no bubbles anywhere on the car. The hood. doors and trunk open and close exactly as they should. Seams and gaps are all correct. Fit and finish is exceptional. Paint is GM Pure White and is painted with Imron paint. Very durable and rock hard finish. Chrome and trim is in very nice condition. Glass is perfect. Windows roll up and down easily. Weather stripping is in excellent shape as well. Trunk is in beautiful condition. No patch panels. Clean and very solid. Correct trunk paint and trunk mats. Spare tire and jack in the car. Underneath of trunk lid paint is perfect. Suspension is in excellent condition. The rear end suspension has just been upgraded with brand new heavy duty coil springs and brand new monroe rear shock absorbers. Tires are BF Goodrich Radial T/A raised white letter tires 225/70R15 fronts on 15X6 ralley wheels and 255/60R15 rears on 15X8 ralley wheels. Tires all have excellent tread on them. Brakes are manual drums at all four wheels. Brakes work very well and car stops easily in a straight line. Power steering works effortlessly. Everything works exactly as it should on the car. All lights work. Headlights. tail lights. turn signals. back up lights. interior lights. dash lights and gauge lights. Gas gauge works perfectly. Radio is a Vintage reproduction that is a new unit that replicates an old vintage radio. It works great and is AM/FM. The stereo works great. Auxiliary engine monitoring gauges were added to keep an eye on the motor and a tachometer was added for the same reason. The original interior was retained in the car due to its excellent condition. A new padded dash was installed. A new red carpet was also installed. A new headliner was also installed. The 4-Speed console is in excellent condition. The rear seat is perfect as well. The front seats show some wear. The is a separation on each front seat bottom along a stitch line in the center of the seat. The passenger seat also has a tear along the top side panel as shown in the picture. The door panels are original the arm rests show some age and the carpet along the bottom of the passenger side panel has a six inch separation from the bottom edge. Those are the only defects on the car. The driveline of this car is top notch. The engine is a 1963 327 cubic inch motor that was professionally built at a performance engine building shop. The motor puts out a very respectable 450 horsepower. Compression is 10. 5:1 with high compression pistons. Heavy duty crank and rods. High lift cam and solid lifters. Cam is a Crane cam with 280 duration and 518 intake valve lift and 536 exhaust valve lift. with 6800 max rpm. Heads are double hump heads with 194 valves and roller valvetrain. Edelbrock performer RPM aluminum intake manifold with a Holley 850cfm dual feed double pumper carburetor. Spark is carried through an Accel performance electronic distributor and Accel super coil and 8. 8mm wires. New AC delco plugs. Heavy duty battery cables. Brand new starter on the motor just installed as well. Battery fully charged and always kept on a battery tender. Transmission is a Muncie 4-Speed. Rebuilt and it shifts perfectly. Clutch is a Centerforce 10. 5" heavy duty clutch. Clutch works perfectly. Rearend is positraction and was also completely rebuilt and new 3. 73 gears. Exhaust is carried through Heddman ceramic coated headers and Flowmaster 40 Series mufflers. 2-1/2 professionally mandrel bent exhaust carries the dual exhaust back to factory exit locations. Pump the gas and fire this car up and it sounds amazing ! It roars with a nice lumpy idle. Engine idles at 55-60psi of oil pressure. Cruising oil pressure is 70-80psi ! Engine volts are spot on at 13 volts. Engine maintains a constant 160-180 degrees of coolant temperature with a heavy duty water pump and thermostat and proper size new radiator.
