Barn find 1981 Corvette

The previous owner owed me money; so I accepted this car as payment / settlement. I'm not a mechanic. but here is what I can say about this car: It's located in Tennessee ( zip code 37327 ); it's a 1981 model. with Automatic Transmission and V8 engine. This vehicle has been sitting in a residential garage for over 10 years. The previous owner said he started it and drove it around the block once a month. I have personally started and driven this vehicle; I do this every three to four weeks. It runs and drives fine. However it is in need of repairs. Again I'm not a mechanic. but I know it needs the following: (1) the brake master cylinder has a small leak and it needs to be rebuilt or replaced. (2) The electric windows and door locks work sometime and sometimes they don't. (3) The driver seat leather need repaired or recovered. (4) The tires are like new. with plenty of tread left. (5) Paint needs buffed out and polished (6) the speedometer does not work. thus the true mileage is unknown. Please keep in mind: this vehicle is 34 years old. it's not in perfect condition. and does need work and TLC. I can’t stress enough that I'm not an automotive expert or mechanic; I have described this vehicle to the best of my ability.
