1953 Chevrolet C 3800 1 Ton Panel Truck

1953 One Ton Chevy C3800 Panel Truck. We use this truck for advertising and it gets lots of looks as well as a parts getter and delivery truck for my shop. It has the original 216 engine. It runs good and the tranny is good. It has the original 6 volt generator which works great. I just did a complete tune up with new wires. coil points and condenser and plugs and rotor. The carb was rebuilt a little while back and I have a spare one. The fuel tank has been rodded out and sealed. It has a new fuel pump. It has a complete new front windshield and seal and I have new side vent glasses for it. I have all the parts necessary to convert it over to 12 volts if you want. I have a new headliner and door panels for it. I have a new passenger door linkage. I also have new exterior door handles. I have a 232 that will drop right in which is included. It has new tires and new brakes and wheel cylinders. I also have the original 18 inch spilt rim wheels with what I was told has original tires on them. The cab floor is rusted and I have all new original factory stamped sheet metal for the cab floor as well as the kick panels. It has the original driver seat that is in excellent condition. The wooden floor in the van section is in excellent condition and has no rot. I have other new parts as well. This is a rare truck and there are only a handful of the 1 ton trucks left. I have talked to some wise old respected Chevy truck guys around the country who say they have only seen a few in their life time. There is no question it is a rare to find one that is in this good of shape. You can find almost every parts for this truck from the aftermarket parts companies. I bought it to fully restore but I do not have the time or the resources to do it justice so I decided to sell it to someone who can really do justice to such a great piece of history when it comes to trucks.
