This is a base 1970 Camaro. This is not a show car but very solid with no rust. This car has been totally disassembled with the exception of the tub being removed from the frame. I am not a professional body man but the car has been entirely sprayed with epoxy primer. high build primer. base coat and clear. There is a line by the passenger door where I did not do a good job of matching the newly acquired door with the wheel well. The original passenger door was rusted so I got a rust free door from Texas. See picture of this area where I am trying to show the door does not match perfectly with the fender. Also this car has been buffed but there are a few spots which need to be done again as they are still a little dull. The following parts have been replaced over the years in my garage. Windshield. Gas tank. fuel sending unit. all gauges. painless performance wiring harness. Aluminum radiator. external transmission cooler. passenger door. all interior pieces including dash. wheels. tires. Radiator support. Rear axles and bearings. truck floor pan. interior floor pan pieces. front rotors and upgraded 2 piston calipers. had to be ground a little to make fit properly. all brake and transmission lines. rear brakes rebuilt but shoes were ok so just cleaned. rebuilt steering box. tie rod ends and center link. alignment done by Mister tire on 10/25/13. Edelbrock 600 Carb. motor rebuilt with World Products S/R Torquer heads and new headers. turbo 350 transmission rebuilt by AAMCO. I am sure I have forgotten several pieces over the years. Receipts available. Body bushing were replaced but never got around to the 2 in the rear. Now for the bad. no radio or air-conditioning although at some point the car did have it. I went cheap on the front seats but the rear is original and was reupholstered when the interior was done by Sure Fit in Canton. The speedometer needs to be calibrated. At some time the gears were changed to 3. 73 so the speedometer reads fast. Also. the center console is obviously not correct but looks nice. I have a lot of time invested in this car but thoroughly enjoyed it. I would think the parts alone are worth my starting price. Please ask any questions or set up a time to come look at. I am retired and work out of the house now.
