I picked up this 71 Camaro to build a LS powered fun car. It is essentially rust free and body is very decent. There is not much interior anyway and it has a 8. 5 rear end. It was originally Placer gold which is very cool but obviously it can be anything you want. the paint on the car looks like white fleet quickie. The floors and trunk look good. rockers look good. one fender has a bubble about the size of a penny. the quarters look good. Very few dings or dents. it has been sitting outside so the crappy paint is bleeding orange through the chips. it just surface rust. I believe the last time it was driven was in '93ish. The nice thing about this is its a good year. lots of aftermarket support. any motor from SBC to LSx to BBC. any trans. etc. etc. just makes a great platform to build. All the old sub-par trim and interior is already gone or going. you would put new parts on it anyway. But everybody hates big ol' RUST holes. I would blow whole car apart. sand blast everything. nbsp;powdercoat the front subframe and upgrade with tubular a-arms and big brakes. rebuild the 8. 5 with 3. 73/posi/good cover and disc brakes. bolt in an LS3/6speed. Use a Dakota Digital VHX dash and gen IV vintage air conditioning. nbsp;American Autowire car harness. nbsp;aluminum radiator. new trim. OE Placer Gold paint. 18" Forgeline RB3C's. nice upgraded leather interior in Saddle and carbon fiber trim. get the right stance right. bad ass
