Description

1965 Chevy K10 Factory 4x4
If you are truly in to vintage 4x4's, on't miss this incredible opportunity to own a totally restored 1965 K-10 Factory 4x4. This is one rare bird, ou won't see another one like it on the road. Most old 4x4 trucks were worked to death and abandoned to rust away behind some rancher's barn. Luckily, his one has been saved and brought back better than new. Odometer shows about 62,000 miles - driven about 250 miles since rebuild.
I had it completely rebuilt from bumper to bumper, ncluding engine, ransmission, ransfer case, ubs, rakes, ifferential, iring, nterior, eats, eriod correct mud grips, ool box, ide spare, etc. I have all receipts to show the work done.I spent more money on this old truck than I can ever hope to get back, ut it is time to let some of my toys go.
Engine:
292 cubic inch (4.8 L) Factory Inline 6 cylinder 165 horsepower. Totally rebuilt with electronic ignition system added. About 250 miles since rebuild.
Transmission:
SM420 4-speed with Granny Low Gear
Differential:
Factory 4:10 gears, ll New
Interior:
New interior, ew weatherstripping, ustom audio AM/FM, ash not cut, ew period correct under dash A/C.
Exterior/Paint:
A couple of rock chips on the tailgate and one under the spare (see photo). Otherwise in great condition.
Tires and Wheels:
Period correct nylon mud grips and factory steel wheels. I have an extra set of Blazer wheels if you want a more modern look and better ride.
PLEASE NOTE: The last picture of the truck rolling across the auction block is NOT my truck. That is simply a comparison picture to show a similar truck that recently sold for $50,000.
If you're a true collector and understand what this truck is about, 'll be happy to visit with you and discuss or answer other questions.I hope the winning bidder leaves it alone. It needs nothing except for a couple of paint chips. Selling as is with no warranty either written or implied. Please enjoy the pictures and serious buyers only,I can be reached at 830-570-2111 from 7am to 7pm CST if you have questions. - Joe
