Chevy Astro AWD work van Tommy Lift 650lb

This is a 2004 Chevy Astro passenger van that has been converted to a work van. It has a 650lb Tommy Gate lift in the back of the van. The van has both front and back A/C that blows cold, owever the front blower needs a little work. It blows cold, ut isn't blowing out of the dash vents very well. Blows cold out the back vents. The van is a All Wheel Drive. It has never been driven in the snow/ice or exposed to salt/sand roads. I do not have the third row seat. The van is in overall good condition, owever there is a crack in thewindshield (see picture). It passed inspection last month with no issues. It has had regular oil changes and routine maintenance. Tire tread is good and they are heavy duty tires that are 8 ply. Very minor damage to the passenger rear quarter panel below the tail light (see picture). Van is in overall good condition. I called Dealer's Truck in Baton Rouge (that is who I bought it from and who installed the lift) and they said that the lift alone was worth 1800$. They are currently selling new for 2800$. So really, he van is selling for around 4950$. Depending on the type of cargo being moved, he van interiorcouldeasily be stripped down and reconfigured to transport larger items. Myequipment justhappened to fit perfectly with the second row in place. I put a thin piece of smooth wall board on the floor andcovered it with apiece ofoutdoor carpet for ease of rolling.
I have had a few questions about the van, o I uploaded morepictures of the minor ding in the rear right corner as well asthe windshield. Here is myresponse to one of the email questions:The windshield has a crack that is slowly spreading across the windshield. It is not an issue as far as obstructing vision for driving, ut the cracks will eventually spread across the entire windshield. It doesn't bother me and passes inspection without an issue. You would not technically need to replace the windshield, t is more aesthetic than anything. It has been in one accident. I had an employee back into her own vehicle in the parking lot. I had the damage repaired at a body shop which is why it is pulling up as an accident. The very small ding in the back rear wheel area is very minor. Likely someone backed into the van in a parking lot. I can supply pictures of the windshield as well as the right wheel area. I am not interested in selling the van without the lift.
