This one just in... 1965 Chevrolet C/10 Pro Street shortbed pickup. The truck was professionally build and spent some time in The Summit Racing Atlanta Showroom on display. The trucks paint and body is still very nice with just a few blemishes from age. The paint shines well and has no rust bubbles or patched up areas. The interior is bare bones with two racing buckets and a harness on the drivers side. The cage ties the truck together well and has swing out side bars for easy entry. A billet steering wheel and Hurst shifter were also added. The chassis is tied together well with a three link setup in the rear and tubular front suspension with rack and pinion steering. The truck is powered by a 468 BBC built by Steve Alan out of North Carolina. The C/10 runs high 6's in the 8th and high 9's in the quarter. The Engine has Oval Port heads that have been ported and polished with Ferrera valves, nbsp;Comp Solid roller valve train and Jezzle rocker arms. The cam is a Comp Custom grind 285/654 roller cam. The truck has MSD 710-2 ignition, ustom headers, delbrock Intake and a Barry Grant Fuel system. A Stefs oil pan and a CSI water pump were also used in the build. A big aluminum radiator was used along with a trans cooler and the truck has a low mount alternator. The transmission is a TH 400 with a reverse manual valve body and a ATI 8" converter. The ladder bars and coilovers are chassis engineering as well as the 9 inch axle housing. The axle has 4:30 gearing, osi unit and Moser axles. Aerospace 4 wheel disc brakes stop this beast and the truck rides on Weld Racing Wheels with 31/16.50/15's on the rear. The build pegged over 70k with the engine sucking up 28k of that.
