1949 CHEVROLET DELUXE CONVERTIBLEOffered here is a beautiful 1949 Chevrolet Deluxe Convertible. This car has been "cosmetically restored". and shows extremely well. The exterior of the car is beautiful. and shows very well with a high quality paint job. There may be a couple small blemishes here and there. but overall in excellent condition. All the chrome is bright. There may be some small areas that show minor pitting. but nothing that would need attention. The interior was completely redone in a two-tone black leather / grey suede that is extremely well done. and comfortable to sit on. Mechanically; it has been restored to all original specs. and cruises down the road with ease. The 216 Inline 6 has been re-built. and does not smoke or hesitate. The original manual 3 speed transmission shifts smoothly and effortlessly making it a pleasure to drive. All the gauges work properly. The radio will come on and hum. but I have not been able to get an AM station to come in properly. The clock keeps perfect time twice a day. The canvas top has been replaced within the last couple months. and looks beautiful! The canvas boot fits correctly. and has no tears or rips.
