If you have been looking for a clean rust free Suburban then you need to take a close look at my 2004 LT 2wd model with the upgraded LT3 package. This is an accident free 2-owner Florida vehicle that is rust free and very clean and well cared for. It has a nice clean Carfax report and clean Florida title and was bought new at our Chevy dealership and traded back in at our Chevy dealership here in SW Florida, O auctions! And being a true Florida Suburban it has not gone through the harsh winters of the north and it shows, here again is no rust and even the underside is still nice and clean. If you are familiar with these vehicles then you know they will go well over 200k miles with very few issues and that is one of the many reasons they are so popular. This one is very clean inside and out. The exterior looks great with a deep Chevy shine. I went around and touched up any nicks as well. On the hood are two places that are about one inch by two inches that I touched up as well. The factory aluminum wheels look great and there is a factory hitch that looks to have never been used, which is nice) and side running boards and a roof rack. The only bad thing to mention is the tires, hey are in need of replacing soon. I like to let the buyers put on tires if needed as some people have a favorite brand they like. The interior looks great and there are no stains, ips or odors and this is a non-smoker's Suburban so it is nice and fresh inside. The leather seats look great and they are nice an soft and heated, he driver's shows just a bit of normal wear for the age. All the power options work great insluding the dual air conditioning, VD system, D and power sunroof. You get a lot of extra's with the LT3 package. There is also lot's of fancy wood trim throughout. What a pleasure to drive, o smooth and quiet! The powerful Vortec V-8 runs smooth as silk and should with these miles and the brakes, ransmission and suspension are all nice and smooth with no shakes or rattles. Florida vehicles last much longer then northern vehicles as we have much smoother roads and again no rust issues. Look it over good and I am sure once you see and take it for a spin around the block you are sure to fall in love and being a rust free, ccident free Florida Suburban you are sure to be in love for a long long time!
