Numbers Matching 1972 Corvette Convertible 454 Big Block M21 4spd car. Total frame off restoration. Runs excellent, ll new steering, rakes, ll brake, uel, acuum, ines have been replaced. New rear suspension. new tires with Cragar SS rims. All new interior. Have new convertible top and convertible frame was restored but not installed as I have the hardtop on and like the look of it. Car was a Celebtity pick in Corvettes at Carlisle this year and was featured in a article on Corvettes online (look under the Carlisle article). I have numerous extra parts that will be included in the sale including the original center gauges. Opted to go with more reliable sunpro gauges for the center console but all harness are intact to install originals if so desired. Speedomodeter needs cable and back compartment doors need latches ( I Opted not to install them as I like the look better) This car can easily be a top flight car with a few minor details. It is painted Ontario Orange but has gold metal flake added to it which makes it really pop with the white hardtop. Interior is correct dark Saddle. Car always receives constant attention at car shows or cruise nights. !972 Corvette Convertible Big Block Numbers matching 4 speed cars are very hard to find as there were only 3900 convertibles produced in 1972 and only 1600 had the M21 4speed. If you do the math it shows just how rare this car really is.On Dec-14-15 at 05:08:48 PST, eller added the following information:
I have registration card from original owner in Ca. I also have pictures and paperwork during and after restoration. Previous 2 owners were using the wrong Vin number which I just fixed...they apparently thought an S was a 5.
