We are offering our 2008 Chevy Silverado 3500 LT black on black crew cab, our-wheel-drive, uramax diesel with an Allison transmission automatic. We are the third owners of this truck. It has a spray in bed liner with a B&W turnover ball hitch anda heavy duty mounted Reese hitch. There is a seven prong plug for trailers on the bumper and additional hookup on the inside of the bed. There is AM/FM radio with a CD player as well as XM Sirius radio and On star capabilities if you choose to subscribe. We bought this truck three years ago with 50,400 miles. Today, t has less than 59,000 miles. We are not using the truck enough to warrant keeping. This is the only only reason were selling it.
This truck has everything except for leather. When we purchased the truck the rear tires were new and at this timeI put all new brake pads and slotted rotors all four. Last week Iput new tires on the frontand replaced all eight glow plugs (Only the number five was out, ut I went ahead and replaced them all).
I probably can't say enough nice things about this truck. It has one small ding in the tailgate by the handle and some light scratch marks on the left front fender. These can be buffed out. If I had to say anything bad about this truck it would be that thebuiltin brake controller can be temperamental; It works and then again sometimes intermittently.
If you're looking for an honest good-looking clean truck to serve you for many more years look no further. When I change the oil we try to under coat the frame with the used oil. The oil will be fresh in the truck at 59,000 miles.
