2005 Dark Grey Chevrolet Suburban 4D LS 1500 9 passenger with cloth seats

This auction is for a 2005 Chevy Suburban LS 1500 with a 9 passenger grey cloth interior. The SUV hasapproximately 206,500 miles on it. This SUV is a one owner vehicle. It was purchased new forour everyday drive car by my father's business and the title is clear now in my name - ready to be transferred to a new owner. The SUV has driver's side power seats, ower windows, WD with Auto 4WD option, raction control system - All in working order. The AM/FM radio has acassette player and CD. The CD is working, ut I couldn't get the disc inside ejected. It has tire pressure monitoring onthe tires. One of them needs replaced but I was advised by tire shop to replace when more than one needed it, s theyreplace all at the same time. It has a hole cut into the cloth ceiling where anaftermarket (dealer installed) DVD player used to be. It stopped working and we took it out to replace it, hen never got around to it. All theconnectors are there to add one. The rearliftgatelockis notfunctional. The lift gate opens fine, ut does not lock. The 3rd brake light (above lift gate) needs replaced. The left fog light needs replaced (due a large piece of ice hitting it in on thehighway one winter). The driver's side mirror iscracks, nd needs replaced. The housing is fine and it adjusts fine -it's just the glass. The middle 2nd rowsliding seat on passenger side no longer "slides." To getin the back, ou just flip the seatportion and pull a lever to fold the back of seat down. This broke a long time ago and we found it easier to do itthis way. It can be fixed byreplacing some small parts in the assembly. The right rear door interior is missing a reflector,leaving asmall hole. The hood release lever ismissing some kind of fastener and now can be taken off when it shouldn't. The hood is functional and can be opened like normal - the knobjust comes off. The drivers side dash near the frontwindshield is peeling (wheresome bugspray leaked on it and dissolved the top layer). Some of the LED dash lights are out, ut nothing that isnecessary to drive it. The rear airconditioning tubes are bad. We know there is a leak in the tubes. We opted to put a block-off kitrather than fix it (we weren't really driving ita lot). The compressor may or may not be functional - we have not checked it. We THINK it is only the linesthough. Front air is functional andwill reasonably cool the back down. The SUV was garage kept until about a year ago when we replaced it with a new car. It has been outside since then. It has normal dents and dings from everyday use. There are some scratches in the paint, ut nothingtoo major. There is a crack one of the trim pieces that runs along the side. The driver's door has a small "buckle" and some rust where it was pulled back toofar in the wind. There is not really any visible rust on the outside ofthe vehicle, ut there is some rust along the INSIDE bottom edge of the front doors. It is not rusted through or have any holes. It has had work done on the drivers door when it waspulled back too far. This is a separate incident from the one that caused the buckle. We hit a deer once causing some cosmetic damage to the front left. I have had a couple of VERY MINOR fender benders in a parking lot causing no damage to the SUV. However it might show evidence of these (little scratch in bumper, mall dent in rear bumper). Payment policy is as follows: $500 immediate deposit required at time of purchase through PayPal. Balance of payment is due at the time of pickup or 7 days after auction end -whichever comes first.
