Description:

1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 2-dr. street rod. A nice older restoration of an oldhot rod.

Initially built in 1965 when I purchased this vehicle it had a 57 Chevy differential, t took me one year to completely restore this vehicle in 1978 when it was painted Le Mans Blue (68 corvette color)

Through the years I replaced the original front end with a Camaro sub frame equipped with disc brakes, ilt wheel and power steering and interior rolled & pleated seats, rimmedin Cadillacblue.

Just before my retirement in 2005 I replaced the V-8 engine with a more modern engine to accommodate the unleaded fuel. There are 478 miles on the present Chevrolet 305 ci V8 with a 2-bbl. carb, ebuilt in 2002 it is coupled to a 4-speed manual transmission.

It was been completely rewired when I added the Vintage Air Conditioning along with the VDO Gauges plus a modern AM/FM stereo radio with MP3 and CD player also a third brake light was added in the form of the Chevy emblem.

Finally I replaced my old tires & rimes with Crager wheels and BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires

Runs and drives good, ith a little touch up and TLC this could be a great street rod.
