One Owner 2002 BMW X5 3.0i Sport Utility 4-Door 3.0L Sport Package Black

We purchased this car new from BMW of Murray in Utah in 2001. It has been a great car throughout our ownership. A recent inspection (December 15th) by Haus of BMW in Van Nuys, A provided the car has a good book of health and the car passed California Smog on December 22nd. The details of the car follow.
Interior - excellent condition - the leather surfaces have held up well for the age of the car. The carpets in the car are in good condition and all of the buttons on the console and steering wheel are in excellent condition. All lights function properly. The front passenger window appears to be slowing down and, f used often, he regulator will eventually need to be replaced. The power driver seat has trouble moving forward and back at times but functions well in all other directions, he forward/back motor willlikely need replacement soon but it is one of the only items I have not addressed as I am the only driver and I don't adjust the seat. All other electronics/windows/seats function well.

Paint - average, s displayed in the photos - there are marks on the hood that need to be professionally buffed out, here is a dent below the left front headlight that needs to be fixed. The paint is otherwise in good condition, ith the average imperfections of a 2002 vehicle.
Tires and brakes - the recent inspection found over 70% life left on both the tires and brakes - tires only have 7,000 miles on them.
Engine - runs strong and is great on the highway and around town. The inspection also showed a strong engine - two quarts of oil were put in the car on the 15th as well as coolant topped off.
All major services have been conducted and the car runs well.
Title - clear Utah title ready to be signed over to the new owner.
