1995 Chevrolet G20 Sportvan V8 Engine 86,600 Miles 2 Owner Handicap Ramp

This van was originally purchased new by the people that owned it before me. They installed a handicap ramp out the back doors of the van. and had a small step added to the front of the van that pulls out for washing the windshield. Although the van has the ramp out the back doors. there are no clamps or anything to clamp down a wheelchair. That is the primary reason we stopped using the van. My husband was not comfortable just "tying" his wheelchair down with seatbelts like the previous owner did. This van was purchased for us in March 2012. We drove it several times and it ran fine at that point. The only problem we had was it died a couple times while running down the road the last time we drove it. but started right back up and then drove home the rest of the way without any issues. so could have been bad gas or spark plug. I really don't know anything about vehicles. We had already decided to stop using it as my husband was uncomfortable with the seating situation. Right now it has the two captain seats in the front and one in the middle still installed. But I have the other captain chair for the middle. and the bench seat for the back that would be included. There is some rust along the drivers side running board. and a small patch on the back and the other side running board. The interior needs a very good cleaning and there are some small rips in the seats. It has 86. 00 original miles and had all its maintenance done as needed. oil changes etc. The van has been parked since probably July of 2013 however. The battery is dead so it will not start. I cannot guarantee if there's anything wrong with it from sitting that long. Passenger side window doesn't always roll up all the way and has to be manually pulled closed. Also some of the interior lights were not working (all dash lights worked at time of last driving however) and the tv/vcr mounted in the wall do not work. not sure if its' fuses or what as we never tried to fix it.
