It is complete running and driving classic Monte Carlo. It has been driven until recently andit still got current OR plates, he car will be sold without the plates unless someone really wantsthem for an extra charge.It is a great candidate for the restoration, t got solid body and frame.It has some surface rust in few places on the body. The roof vinyl needs to be redoneThere are virtually no dents, t should not take too much work to prepare the car for the new paint job.The car runs and drives just fine, here is some leak from the transmission however not that major and the fluid level is there. The lights do not work recently, ossibly fuse or connection issue. The brakes work good. Interior is in fair shape for its age. It needs new headliner and there is one major tear on the driver seat.
