Option A: Buy & Ship
This is our most popular option. We can facilitate the entire deal via email and FedEx. We handle every facet including Finance & Shipping. Cash Buyers get their paperwork sent via electronically. Once all the paperwork is done, e will arrange for your vehicle to be picked up and delivered directly to your door. We usually can get it picked up within 1-3 days and delivery takes about 2-4 days.

Option B: Take Delivery here with VIP Treatment-FREE HOTEL STAY!
If you would like to enjoy some time in sunny Dallas, exas...Then choose Option B. Take a few days and make a weekend trip of it. After securing the new vehicle purchase, ither by a deposit or with full payment, uyer has one week to complete the transaction. Within that 7 day period, uyer may view, nspect, nd test drive the vehicle personally or use a 3rd party service to insure that the vehicle meets their expectations, nd that they are satisfied with the vehicle AS-IS. If for any reason the buyer is not completely satisfied with the outcome of the inspection, e will cancel the deal and refund all funds paid by the buyer, ess $150 processing fee. Buyer must complete inspection before completing purchase and/or the vehicle leaves our facility. We do allow test drives accompanied by your sales professional. Buyer is also responsible for any inspection cost or expenses.
When buying sight unseen and having it shipped, ou have 48 hours from the time you take possession or 50 additional miles on the odometer to inspect the vehicle and to contact us about canceling the deal. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the vehicle back to our store and a $150 processing fee. All funds and any prior payment will be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for any damage that occurs while vehicle is in their possession. Once again, e want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

DEPOSITS: Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, nd make arrangements for payment at that time. Buyer must pay an initial good faith deposit. FUNDS/FINANCING: The full payment is due within one week of auction end. Please contact us for info on our financing options or seek pre-approval or commitment from a lender before purchasing. FEES & TAXES: All Texas Residents must pay applicable state and local tax, itle and license fees. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax.
Out of state cash buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. If you are an out of state buyer and financing through one of our lenders, e will collect your state tax and send it to your local DMV or tax office. Buyer must pay applicable state and local tax, itle and license fees that were not collected by us at time of registration. If too much is collected, uyer will receive a refund for the difference at time of registration.
ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT to a $125 Documentary Fee and a $195 Admin fee for handling paperwork, iling titles, ailing and copying costs. And a Vehicle Inventory tax which is only 0.0017134 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $17.64 VIT Taxes.

We reserve the right to sell this vehicle at any time through other venues, rovided that the auction has not ended with a winning bidder. If you are interested, ou do not have to wait for the auction to end. If no contact is made by winning bidder within 24 hours we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, eport it to ebay, ell it to the next high bidder, r sell it otherwise. For Canadian Pre-Owned Car Buyers: If the title is to be released at the time of delivery (which is pretty much mandatory to get your vehicle thru customs), ank to bank wire transfer is your quickest way to handle this transaction. If buyers payment is not a bank wire transfer, .e., ertified bank check or approved loan check, he title will only be released when all funds have cleared. Please keep in mind that the funds verification process can take a few days. We cannot provide financing for Canadian customers. We will assist buyers with whatever documents you will need to clear Canadian customs, ut knowing exactly which documents are required by your home province are the buyers responsibility. Requirements for Canada can be found at www.riv.ca under "Registration of import vehicles, anada". We can arrange delivery to the nearest border town, rom there you would take it over the border. Certified Limited Warranty- Terms 90 days/3000 Miles
This warranty is included with the negotiated price. There is no extra charge to activate this warranty. All of our vehicles go through a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process at our shop by our factory trained technicians. Each inspection and reconditioning is required to adhere to strict, actory-set standards to ensure that every vehicles engine, hassis and body is in excellent condition.

ITEMS NOT MENTIONED IN THE BELOW LIST OF COVERED COMPONENTS ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE. This warranty is not transferable and only valid in U.S. There is a $100 deductible per component failure. Repairs must be made at Lewisville Mitsubishi or approved by us prior to repair being performed. Total claims under this plan may not exceed $2000. Warranty excludes vehicles with performance modifications.

Engine- All internally lubricated parts contained within the cylinder block, ead(s), otor housings, otor chamber. Engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
Transmission Auto- All internally lubricated parts in the manual transmission
Transmission Manual- All internally lubricated parts in the transmission case. Transmission case is only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
Four Wheel Drive- Transfer case and all internal parts, rive shafts, front and rear). The case/housing is only covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
Drive Axle- Axle/final drive housing, ll internally lubricated parts. The case/housing is only covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
Since most of our inventory are late model vehicles with low miles, hey usually are covered under the manufacturer warranty. All vehicles over 90k miles or 2001 and older are not covered under the Limited Warranty as well as certain exotic cars. Please do not assume that the vehicle is covered by our Limited Warranty.
