Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, ehicle relisting fees, nd lost dealership productivity.

Balance due within 7 days of auction end payment made by Cash, ertified Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer.

All sales are subject to a flat $135.00 Document Fee & $51.00 Title Fee.

Any other additional Motor Vehicle fees will be quoted based on type of delivery to the winning bidder. (in or out of state customer picking up at dealership, ustomer shipping, tc)

Pennsylvania residents pay 6% sales tax, hiladelphia, A residents pay 8% Sales Tax as well as registration / inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

These are Pre-Owned vehicles and they are sold as ‘As Is’ condition. However, ome vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Vehicles 6 years old and newer with less than 75,000 miles may qualify for our Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty. Ask for details.
