MY TAHOE HAS A 93 AUTOCHECK SCORE COMPARED TO OTHER SIMILIAR VEHICLES THAT SCORE 82-87!

Black Granite Metallic with black leather throughout.
Interior and Exterior are in excellent condition with only 2 exterior scratch that I will address prior to selling it.
So we bought this beautiful Tahoe 1/15/15 mainly because I wanted a bigger SUV but we also used it to tow our travel trailer and head up to Copper. Other than that and my trips to DIA it pretty much sits in my garage in Monument! We bought it at Hudson Auto Source up in Dillon and it was supposedly 1 of the owners cars and why it has every available option! Long story short, e love it but we are moving to downtown Denver and can only take 1 car! With this said, t hurts to see it go but it is a solid low mileage Tahoe that is LOADED. I have attached the build sheet and I have listed the key details below as well.
ENGINE REPLACEMENT - Medved Chevy replaced the engine at 26,000 miles UNDER WARRANTY because we were continuing to receive a check engine code when towing..the old engine pistons were digging in and metal shavings were found in the lower pan. GM flew in a master tech and he said replace it! All work was done at Medved Chevy and I have all the paperwork not only for this but all servicing etc.WE HAVE HADABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES SINCE THEY ADDRESSED THE ITEM!
TRANSFERABLE NO DEDUCTIBLE WARRANTY TO 76,000 MILES - We purchased the bumper to bumper because we planned to keep it and drive it into the ground...in any event, ith only 37,000 miles and 72/+60,000 Major Guard package (the 60k mile coverage was in addition to the existing 16k miles it had when we bought it) and all will be covered after factory warranty is up. I can either cancel this is transfer it..if I cancel it I will take $3000 off of asking price. With the warranty you will get another 5yr/40k bumper to bumper with no deductible warranty...kind of like just driving it new off the lot!
We also opted for windshield coverage and it does have a few chips but I will get that taken care of before we transfer it.
OPTIONS/review build sheet because I may have missed something:
Color is Black Granite Metallic with amazing chrome everywhere including 20" wheel package
Extended towing package to 8200 lbs with engine oil cooler for the heavier towing
Heated and Cooled seats, es cooled seats!
Rear Entertainment package with remote and headphone
Rear parking assist and rear camera
Bose audio system with XM, nstar MP3, sb plug ins and phone bluetooth
Navigation
Steering wheel controls and heated steering wheel
2nd row buckets with button seat release
3rd row split bench removable or fold up
2 key fobs
Rubber floor trays throughout/i mention this because the carpet looks like new under the pans
Tri zone air conditioning
Power lift gate
Auto fold side mirrors
Remote start (when its cold the seats heaters auto on)
Luggage rack and side railsBlack bowtiesWe added trailer breaking control as well
I may have missed something but know it has everything this year offered but I also included the Chevy build sheet for reference.
It does have a loan on it but the bank has assured me they will process title quickly upon full payment of the loan. I have bought and sold ALOT of cars and never have had an issue!
I'm not interested in you helping me sell it and I am only interested in people that can appreciate what this is...this is not a distress sale just have made the decision that this is the car that will need to go due to our move!
I will entertain reasonable offers but please look before you throw me a number! You will be hard pressed to find another low low mileage Tahoe in CO with a warranty for this price. I have done my homework and most Tahoes of this year have in excess of 57k miles and DONT have a warranty!
I won't waste your time so please don't waste mine.
