Mechanically maintained. Recently replaced parts include wheel bearing, ard brake lines, uel pump, ront door pins, ear door linkage, istributor and plug wires, tc. Has very good tires, ood brakes and exhaust. Issues: See pictures for scrape on passenger rear quarter, ypical spot on front fender. Has intermittent code for EGR valve (comes and goes on it's own).
The van was a work van prior to my purchasing it 5 years and 80k miles ago. I used it for work as well, t is likely that the new owner will do the same. It has it's bumps and quirks and noises being a 15+ year old Chevrolet; but it starts, uns, rives and stops when asked despite it's benefit from a wheel balancing or tune up.
There are plenty of other Astro vans that need complete brake system overhaul/transmission/rust repair- this is not one of those and has had the typical failures/issues addressed already. I drive this thing all over CT/MA/RI- only selling due to my upgrading work vehicle a month ago. I wanted to keep the van but would rather have the garage space.

As examples: Personally, hese vacuums usually last me 12-18 months with daily use; this Ridgid is probably 4 months old. The Ryobi pressure washer replaced a larger/louder gas unit 2 months ago.
