2007 Chevrolet Suburban 4 X 4 with GPS, Sunroof, Remote Start

For sale/auction is my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban. I am the second owner of this vehicle. I am selling this truck because I already purchased its replacement. I will try to be as clear and specific as possible in my listing as this vehicle does have some wear. Please read FULLY below. and don't hesitate to contact me with additional questions. I will begin my description with the exterior. The Good: the engine has received oil changes and service every 3. 00 miles since I owned it. In addition. tires have been rotated. fluids changed or topped off. air filters changed. etc. The last time I went in. zero (not one) service needed to be completed. It has a tow package and hauls like a champ. It also has a sunroof that works perfect every time. The vehicle has towed an old 1960s boat or a single zero radius mower. In other words. it hasn't been over loaded during the time I owner her. I have kept it inside since beginning to drive its replacement and have had a trickle charger on the battery which charges fine. Tires are still in good shape. No leaks anywhere that I have noticed. The Bad:the engine has developed what can only be descried as a knock. In town and thru about second gear you can feel the bump inside. After about 40 mph the knock is barley audible but still vaguely noticeable. It runs fine at higher speed and the knock subsides. READ THIS - I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE ENGINE. IT STARTS AND RUNS. BUT THERE IS DEFINITELY AN ISSUE. Since I have no mechanical ability. and since I had already earmarked a replacement vehicle I haven't investigated the cause of this knock. It essentially came on suddenly and that's pretty much all I know. The vehicle has been driven short distances (15 miles or less) since the knock began. Oil pressure is steady. but this should be a concern if you plan on bidding. If you would like to look at the vehicle prior. just let me know. If you plan on driving this truck home. I would highly suggest contracting with a local mechanic to ascertain its road-worthyness. or simply trailer it home. The Ugly:The only damage. insurance wise. this vehicle sustained during its time with me was to the passenger door. I was backing a trailer on a hillside at my home and the vehicle slowly slid to rest against a tree (due to wet grass. ) The damage was repaired by a local automotive shop and I reported the incident to insurance. No car on car damages have occurred. Since that injury I also damaged the front driver quarter panel near the front bumper (see pictures. ) It is a crinkle about the size of my hand or a little larger. The damage occurred when I accidentally cut the wheel too hard reversing and swung the front into a small building on our property. The rest of the exterior is about what you would expect for a seven year old vehicle. There is a thumb sized scratch on the rear bumper. about a three inch scratch near the rear passenger wheel well. a few minor scratches on the mirrors and some minor scratches on the front bumper. Now the Inside:The Good:Leather seats with electric adjustments for the driver. manual operation for the other seats. Captains chairs for the second row and the third row is also included with the vehicle. Wood grain accents. Good storage for hiding goodies. The interior lights work fine. The sunroof works perfect with no leaks. The heater and a/c work perfect. OnStar system has been installed. although I never activated it. Four wheel drive switches and engages fine. I have installed a Kenwood GPS system that works perfect and I am keeping with the vehicle. It also plays DVDs and CDs. Speakers are factory and work fine. There is also wiring from the Kenwood system that allows connection to smart devices (although a next generation adapter may be needed for some devices. ) The Bad: The cover for the right side power adapter is missing. The outside temp gauge. that should illuminate in the rear-view mirror is inoperable. The bright lights do not work anymore. but I recently installed the best top of the line bright bulbs that work better than the brights ever did. Since the engine knock developed. the "engine light" has been illuminated. The Ugly:There is a small tear on the drivers side seat. This was not ripped. just a deterioration due to usage. The carpet on the driver's side is especially rough. The carpet in the entire vehicle could use a good steam cleaning or replacement. There is a pair of small tears in the passenger seat next to the center console. approx 2-3 inches long. The carpet in the rear is shot and needs to be replaced due to stains. (see photos). This was a work vehicle and was used as such. The majority of the items are cosmetic. with the exception of the engine knock. It has been a good vehicle for me and hopefully. with a little cleanup and mechanical ability. can continue to be a good machine. I have been very deliberate in my description. pointing out every detail. as I do not want any surprises to any potential buyer. As for delivery. the description says "local pickup only. I travel often and may be able to take a road-trip your direction if it works out. The cheapest vehicle I found on line with similar miles and age was priced at $10. 00. 00.
