1995 Chevrolet S10 Regular Cab 2wd With 40,000 Actual Miles Clean Solid

Hello,this listing is for my 1995 Chevrolet S10 regular cab 2-wd pickup with the 4.3 V6 and automatic transmission. This truck has 40,200 original miles at the time of the listing. It was originally owned by the US Government and stationed on an air force base in Ohio. In 2013, t 30,586-miles,it was distributed to a small town in Indiana and used by their water department for 2-years until I purchased it earlier this year. It is blue with a grey interior. The only option I believe it has,is a/c.
It runs and drives very well. There does seem to be a small exhaust leak on it somewhere,it is not obnoxiously loud,but being honest that there is a leak.
The body is solid and straight with no dents,and the paint shines well. There is a small spot of rust just starting to show on the passenger side rocker panel,and a handful of blisters in the paint above the rear wheels. The paint does have some light scratches in the clear coat. There is a camper top and bed liner that both seem to have been on there since new.
The interior is in good shape,but is showing it`s age. Although the miles are low,you have to remember that this was a daily used vehicle. It did not sit idle in a garage. There are a couple of cracks in the dash pad,a couple splits in the seat,and the front and rear edges of the headliner are starting to sag. Otherwise very clean inside.
The brakes are good. The tires were installed in the fall of 2013 and have only about 8000-miles on them and are in great shape. The only other issue I can think of besides the small exhaust leak,is that the heat and a/c doesn`t seem to blow through the dash vents,just the defrost and floor vents. I do not know why.
This would make someone a great truck for years to come,it just doesn`t fit my needs. I have a clear IL title in my name,along with the US Government Certificate for your records. The owners manual is in the glove box,along with some of the paperwork from when it was stationed on the air force base. There is also a US Government tag under the hood.
I would like a $200.00 deposit within 48-hours and the remainder within 1-week of listing end. Any form of payment must clear on my end before the vehicle is released,if you show up with anything other then cash I will make you wait until payment clears. I will allow up to an extra week for pick-up of vehicle. Truck is advertised locally and listing may end at any time,unless reserve is met,then it runs it`s course.
